The initial meeting was thorough. Staff were friendly, tidy in their work and took time to discuss and accommodate our various wishes. We also got an outstanding deal on our stove! As the job progressed, we uncovered new things that we had to make decisions on unexpectedly. We changed our minds a few times but Green Man Stoves were both understanding and patient - exactly what you would want.
