I can honestly say the service at Blucando was outstanding. I took my PC in to a large and well known computer shop but was told that they do not repair custom builds - so after searching for recommendations online I found Blucando. I think one of the many things that set Blucando from the rest when it comes to PC repairs (and what impressed me massively) is their free diagnostic service. Most places will charge you an extortionate price just for a diagnosis on your PC fault. Blucando do this free of charge before providing you with a quote which you can either accept or decline. They came to my house to pick up my PC and i received a call with a quote the following day. After accepting this the parts were ordered and fitted, they then called me and asked for the best time to drop the PC back to me. The price I was given was very good for the service that I received. I will only be using these guys for my PC needs now - and will be recommending to all of my family and friends.

An excellent company that provides the kind of personal service that you would hope for. I am not confident with today's technology and all my questions have been handled with patience and clarity. Ben put in a lot of work retrieve data from my old laptop and install it on the new laptop which I decided to purchase after my old one developed a fault which was not economical to repair. Stuart then put the finishing touches to Ben's work when I took delivery of it. Thank you all at Blucando.
