I have been buying jewellery from Equinox since it started on the high street in 2005 and have continued to do so since they went online. I like their different contemporary collections, which are competitively priced and are excellent quality. The staff offer a very friendly and reliable service and nothing seems too much trouble. I have always received orders quickly and beautifully packaged and on occasions I have phoned for advice and not been disappointed with their recommendations.

Anna was kind enough to deliver it in person and bring along the matching items for me to look at before I decided whether to buy (which I did, of course!).
