We used Prestige Flooring Services to install Karndean Oak Select flooring in our newly designed kitchen-diner. It wasn't a straightforward job as we already had this flooring down in our lounge and dining room and we wanted to continue this throughout our newly open plan kitchen-diner living space. Additionally once they had started to prepare the floor we decided that it would make sense to run the Karndean out into the hall too. They were very accommodating and duly ordered the extra flooring to make this possible. Initially several guys (including Russell and Joe) came over to make a quick start on preparing the floor but after that we mainly saw Joe who did a really good job on ensuring that the new floor blended in with the existing Karndean which had been down for several years. This involved Joe having to take up several of the old lengths of Karndean in the dining area so that we didn't have any gaps at the skirting boards and that it flowed through seamlessly into the lounge. We are very pleased with the appearance of the finished product. In summary, Prestige Flooring Services are a very friendly local company who provide a very professional and cost-effective flooring fitting service.

Precise Mortgages came highly recommended and from the first conversation with Neil, it was clear that they are specialists in their field and very easy to deal with. He initially assisted with a remortgage and made the process very smooth from beginning to end and the turnaround time was excellent. He is proactive and diligent in his approach, customer service is excellent and he is friendly and approachable. We have used Precise Mortgages again since and will continue to do so - we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in this area.
