Blucando completed a security check on my laptop for me and advised that to improve security I needed to upgrade to Windows 10 Professional. I booked in to drop off my laptop for the upgrade
I arrived to the office late and was cheeky enough to ask if the job could be completed within the hour as I had a meeting to get back for. This was not a problem for Ben who not only completed the upgrade within the hour also solved a problem I was having with the sound driver.

Wow, what great service! An enquiry about a laptop repair turned into a great price quoted and a quick repair actioned. Given how things are, in the UK, at present I hadn't expected such a quick response and turn around to repair let alone a full update on progress throughout. Working from home, as we are at present, the laptops are imperative to working, communicating and homework for the children so I was thankful for such a quick, friendly, professional service at a good cost. In the past have always approached IT companies with trepidition because they firstly talk way above your head, sound bored and charge the earth. BluCanDo is nothing like that. I had exceptional service from start to finish, even under these very unusual circumstances we find ourselves. Stuart very kindly accepted my disabled laptop on a Saturday afternoon and on Monday I had my first discussion with Ben. Ben took his time to explain the problem with my equipment and gave me options as to how to clear the issue. I now have my laptop back and it's firing beautifully on all cylinders and I'm a very happy customer. Thank you to both Stuart and to Ben. I will definitely be back when the need arises. Thank you!

We have been using Blucando for about a year and we love them. They are much better than our previous IT Support Company. Blucando set up all of our IT in our office and we can also work remotely from our homes. All the staff in their offices are well informed and there are a few specialists so that if you have a specific problem then they always give it their best to sort it out. We have monthly maintenance visits, most frequently with Chris Cake, to check-in on things in the office and help with any issues our guys are experiencing. On the support helpdesk, Amber and Tom and always friendly, professional and efficient, and Ben in the workshop always keeps us up-to-date on the status of our orders throughout the build process. General communication is excellent and they are proactive in bringing ideas to us to make our lives easier.

We have used many IT firms in the past but we have never worked with an IT company who is as helpful, knowledgeable and speaks in a language we can all understand. After many years working with another provider, we made the decision to transfer our IT support services to Blucando and move onto Microsoft 365. I have to say we couldn't have made a better choice!! To avoid as much disruption as possible to our business , the transition was made over the weekend. The engineer arrived first thing on Monday morning to ensure all was running smoothly and providing any training we needed. The people at Blucando are always so responsive to any requests and always manage to sort my problem quickly. They are also so friendly and easy to deal with. It's great to know that they have my back from an IT perspective and I know I can rely on them. As a small business, that is just what I need.

After an email hosting company refused to help me set up my mailboxes on a second machine "Not their responsability" (great customer service ,not) I had a go at doing it myself and as I should have expected I made a mess of it.
A quick phone call to Ben at Blucando reassured me that it would be easy to fix and the stress levels just lifted away. It was a job that Ben said could be done while I wait so this morning I popped in and whilst having a pleasant chat my messed up mailbox was deleted and replaced within a very short space of time with a fully functional one. Ben was happy to spend a bit longer making sure that all the updates were running as they should be and that the mailbox was working to full efficiency.
Lesson learnt for me, why mess around trying to do something myself when Blucando are there to help and always give to quality service to all their customers whether a large company (which I was part of when first using them) to personal customers like I am now since I retired.

One word - Excellent! New PC, wouldn't talk to NAS or OneDrive Properly. Pulling hair out as it should all be so simple :) Never used Blucando before and sent a late evening email, got a next day early morning response from Tom, one remote session, and a short time later... sorted! What else can you ask for?
I took my hard drive to another company who had my drive for 2 weeks trying everything possible to fix this .
They then wanted to send my drive off to a data recovery company for a huge cost.
I got in touch with Blucando and explained that this hard drive contained all my photos of my belated mum and photos from since my son was born . Photos I cannot replace .
I dropped my hard drive off in morning and when my phone rang that afternoon my heart sank as they had only received this a few hours prior so it had to be bad news ...
I literally wanted to cry when Ben told me he had managed to read my drive ..
I am over the moon. The previous company had 14yrs experience and couldn't fix my drive and Ben who is 19yrs old worked magic..

This company really helped me from a tight spot. Microsoft had replaced my existing agreement for outlook, word, excel and powerpoint with a newer one AT A COST! Really angry and unable to locate or update my existing files. Ben helped me through the process to restore all my apps, files and folders. Fantastic work, thank you.
