Scotland`s  young criminals are to be given lessons in graffiti at taxpayers expense.

Labour MSP Duncan mcNeill, said gaffiti is no small matter when it is carried out on your property or your neighbourhood,and people will be astounded this is being taught in our prisons.

The graffiti workshops will take place at polmont Young offenders nesr Falkirk.

They will be run by scots graffiti sprayer Elph, Real name Brian McFeely, who has spray-painted graffiti on buildings and railway bridges in Edinburgh.
