We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused individual to join the team. The primary role of this post is to assist in the day to day administrative duties of managing our busy office whilst being one of the first points of contact for clients. You will be an integral part of the firm, working with the current administrator to manage the office.
Our ideal candidate must have good customer service skills, accuracy, attention to detail and show initiative. There will be a need to learn new internal computer systems and procedures to navigate the firm’s back office system so a foundation of sound computer skills will be necessary. Excellent communication skills and confidence both face to face and over the phone is needed as successful candidates will be interacting with clients. Great organisational skills are a must in order to priorities workload and stay calm under pressure. We are looking for someone who can enjoy the challenge of working within a busy environment, producing good quality, accurate, outputs whilst working to deadlines.
Skills Required Essential: Basic IT, Well organised with impeccable timekeeping, Excellent customer service
