Dream-A-Way celebrates its 21st anniversary this year and to mark the occasion and to raise money, Princesshay’s management and security team have been actively fundraising since the beginning of the charity partnership in January.

Mike Kerswell, Security Supervisor has rounded up the troops to take part in the 21 hour endurance walk challenge. The course will start at Princesshay Square and will create a loop around Princesshay via Paris Street and Broadwalk House. Fundraisers will walk continuously for 21 hours individually or as part of a relay team.

Mike Kerswell, Princesshay Security Supervisor said: “The security team and I are thrilled to be taking part in the 21 endurance walk for Dream-A-Way. We hope to raise at least £1000 for our charity of the year and we look forward to presenting them with a cheque after the event.”

Those looking to help raise money for Dream-A-Way can sponsor the Princesshay security team via

A £100 Princesshay Gift Card will be awarded to the highest fundraiser of the team.

All proceeds raised will be donated to Dream-A-Way to help fund holidays and day trips to people living in Devon, Cornwall and the Scilly Isles with physical and learning difficulties.

Jeff Merrett, Chairman of Dream-A-Way said: “It’s been an incredible year working with Princesshay and this final event together with our Mercedes Car Raffle Draw announcement will mean we finish on a real high!”

Princesshay works with a local charity partner each year raising thousands of pounds through fundraising events and support.
