    Thursday evenings for newcomers, we have an introduction to Buddhism which gives an overview of Buddhism and where the Diamond Way Vajrayana practice fits with the overall Buddhist tradition. There is then a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa which lasts for about 20 minutes. All of our meditations are free of charge.
