Trevor completely redecorated our bedroom and ensuite - walls and woodwork. We were going to replace our very solid but old orange pine MFI wardrobes, but Trevor said he could paint them for us instead and did a fantastic job - a complete transformation! We now have a set of gorgeous pale grey wardrobes with a really tough but smooth finish, and a beautifully decorated bedroom and ensuite. You could set your watch by Trevor as he turned up on the dot each morning and he was a smashing chap to have around. He worked incredibly hard and did a great job for us at a very fair price. Thank you Trevor.

We employed Trevor to decorate most rooms in a newly-acquired house. He also painted the kitchen drawers and cupboards which were of the original wood. The whole job, not easy sometimes, was carried out extremely efficiently and we are delighted with the end product. We now have a "new" kitchen with out the usual expense - the whole house looks like it has painted by someone who really knows what he is doing. Trevor has been unfailingly pleasant and obliging and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Had a problem with car engine warning light coming on. Visited EMS fault was diagnosed and new part fitted all in same day. Car returned problem solved. Very competitive price. Thanks to Rich and all the staff for a fantastic job would strongly recommend.

Having made such a good job of our hall,landing and stairs earlier on we asked Trevor to return to decorate our kitchen / utility room where once again he has done a great job. A man who takes pride in his work and always leaves the place tidy each afternoon when he finishes for the day.

Following the very unwelcome discovery of a displaced drain within the foundations of my house I was naturally in a bit of a spin knowing that raw sewage was potentially entering our home. I initially contacted another company of similar name and arranged a detail camera survey, with results in hand I circulated a copy to Stuart and he contacted me by return to explain that he was on holiday until Monday and that I could arrange a visit with the office. I met Stuart at the first available opportunity and was instantly impressed, we decided to line an existing pipe and install a new run around the house and across our lawn. He suggested that they dig the new trench across the lawn by hand to minimise damage and put me at ease that the job was not overly significant. I anxiously awaited his quote, which arrived the following day and was so pleasantly surprised. I asked him to do some extra bits like installing a rat blocker and one or two other bits and we arranged a date to get underway. On the said day they arrived at 8.00, Stuart came and we discussed the job as he introduced me to his team. Luke an Alfie took charge of the new drain and immediately ran into a couple of unforeseen issues that might have had other revising quotes etc, not these Guys, we discussed a couple of solutions and they just got on with it. Stuart and Mark (I think) took care of lining a section of pipe, this involved dismantling a toilet and threading various pipes and tubes down the drains. In under 2 hours their mission was complete, everything was reinstated and you would never know anyone had even been in the room. This left Alfie and Luke trenching and laying new pipes. At this point I left for work. On return home they had reinstated the lawn, piece piece so that even the strips left by my mover appeared undisturbed to the point that I wondered if they'd left early! The following day was spent reinstating paving slabs and decking, removing spoil and tidying to the point that it's hard to know that anyone has even been. As a team nothing is too much trouble and they take great pride in their workmanship. I suspect that anyone reading this will also be dreading spending money on stuff that can't be seen. Cotswold Drainage take the pain out of those problems to that point that if Carlsberg did drains .... As a final note I'm still awaiting a quote form the company with a similar name. Many thanks once again, you've earned a 5 start review twice over.

Delighted to have found Trevor, who has been patiently working with us 'on & off' over the past 9 months, as we gradually put our house back together after an extension. He is reliable, takes great care & attention and produces an excellent end finish. Love the paint he uses, his reasonable rates and have appreciated all his advice. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with EMS, they replaced my cars clutch and flywheel and the clutch is still slipping, I have taken it back twice after the initial repair , the first time I was told the car is fine, the second time it's the turbo and glow plug are the problem, surely this should have been ascertained at the initial repair and quoted accordingly !
