An introductory foraging walk followed by a wild food lunch based on what we have found.
We’re coming back to Ashton under Hill, this lovely venue is well situated within easy reach of Evesham, Cheltenham and Worcester.
We will meet at the Star Inn at 12pm. The course starts there with an introduction on what to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes where they relate to foragers.
After the talk we will set off for roughly a 2.5 hour walk around the area, identifying the different edible and poisonous plants, flowers, fruits and mushrooms that we find. We’ll stop along the way for some of our lovely homemade wild food soup.
Then it’s back to the pub for a tasty wild food lunch based on what we have found.
There are limited spaces available so please book your place online here.
