Renewal of policy recently. Dealt with ‘Steve’. Very helpful, professional and returned my calls and responded to emails as promised timeously.
Unfortunately, I had to renew my policy the day before I sold my car and the insurers insisted on a £28.00 admin charge which seems a little excessive.
