The Personal Agent truly lived up to their name during the entire course of our sale. We experienced what could be called a rather 'difficult' sale but Richard and the team at the Personal Agent were nothing but highly professional when dealing with our buyers and ourselves. They understand how imperative it is to consider their client's needs at all times and swiftly resolve any issues with respect and understanding. Excellent service and very likeable people. We both believe that our sale would have fallen through with any other estate agent in the area. The service i have received has been fantastic, from my first initial e-mail enquiry about what properties you had on the market in the area which was answered extremely promptly, to being shown around the house the first time to exchange contract The whole process went extremely smoothly and quickly with no real hiccups and you have always answered any queries i had promptly and kept me informed of what was happening.
