Now that we are nearing the end of our journey, with completion of our sale on 29 September 2014, we just wanted to express our thanks to you and all your staff.
From the moment that we arranged for The Personal Agent to sell our house, we felt supported and secure in the knowledge that our best interests were being looked after. All the staff who helped us during this process were always polite, well informed and professional in their duties but with a friendly attitude which immediately put us at our ease. No query was too small for their attention and, not having moved in over 40 years, we were obviously unaware of any pitfalls which might occur.
Our house was sold in record time and, thanks to your vetting process, there have been no unexpected delays or problems.

Andrew Burn of Personal Agent proved to be the type of agent we would recommend in a heart beat to any prospective client.
Not only was he enthusiastic and realistic at the beginning of the sale (the easy bit)... More importantly, when things were not going smoothly and the chips were down he was always available at the end of the phone. He offered a sense of calmness and constructive advice at a time when we were at a loss to know the best way forward.
We acted on Andrew's recommendations which proved key to securing the sale. We have very recently completed on our property in Stoneleigh and we could not be happier.
