Your relationship management skills in my view are outstanding and i wanted to let you know this. More often than not this skill is over Looked in your industry for hard sales, when in fact this does not often work.
I told Susan that you are an absolute asset to the team and have given me faith again in personal agent, which in itself is an achievment :-)

He raises their confidence, uses their skills and guides them through the interview technique. Both of them flunked badly until they had coaching with Dave. 100% Excellent! I can't recommend highly enough. Not only did they surpass expectations in getting people through the door and keeping us updated at all times, they truly came into their own after we accepted an offer. I've bought and sold about a dozen properties over the years and normally once the offer's in it's a case of you having to chase the agent to get updates. Not so here. Chris Titchener their Sales Progression guy was Absolutely Brilliant and couldn't have worked harder and kept us in the loop constantly. Definitely Recommend.
