We have recently exchanged contracts and hope to complete in early October. TPA took over this sale from another agent in November 2025 and immediately gave the marketing a real boost with great video editing and an active social media campaign.
We did have a few hurdles along the way as the chain involved 3 other couples and some tricky agents and solicitors, but the team were well lead by Mark and his persistence and dedication really helped to get this over the line.

Brandon was very helpful and showing 3 properties to us, all closely.
We may go back for second viewing for one of them.
