Ray at the Personal Agent was the selling agent for our recent property purchase. From the first viewing Ray was responsive and helped co-ordinate further viewings with trades people with no fuss. I had two viewings with the personal agent today, one with Rosie and one with Shannon and they were both well informed, able to answer all questions I had and provided me with details about when things were built and/or installed. They both had a friendly manner and were personable. We also recently sold our place through the personal agent. It was listed quickly and within a few days we had our first viewing booked. We received feedback quickly and were very happy to have it sold within 2 weeks of listing.
