The Personal Agent in Epsom are a great team. Very professional and have great properties. We have just moved into a property through them and are very happy with it. We taken care of by Joe Frost who I must say was excellent at his job and provided us great customer service.

Had such a pleasant experience working with Connor and the team. Helpful at every step of the way and were able to answer my questions swiftly and confidently. They also put me in touch with the landlord who is really quite lovely! Compared to other letting agencies in the area (and I was in touch with basically all of them), they're above the rest. The only bit of information I wish I could have been able to achieve was the flat dimensions from when I was ordering furniture. Apart from that, gold stars all around.

We have been renting with the personal agent for about 2 and half years and they have been a great estate agent . Michelle Hobbs is managing our flat and she has been fantastic at arranging paper work we need and if we have anything that needs fixing in the flat she responds promptly and arranges someone to come out . The personal agent team are friendly and I would recommend their services .

We've lived in a rented property managed by the Personal Agent for the past three years. Not many repairs have been needed but every single time I've called or emailed the Epsom office, Michelle - our property manager has sorted the issue straight away. Last year the boiler broke down and she sent an engineer out the same day. This was really appreciated as we have a 5 year old and I can't imagine how awful it would have been if we'd had to wait till the next day.
