Sue & Joe were amazing and found me the perfect house in a great location.
They were really aware of what I needed since I work from home and also within my budget.Sarah progressed the sale so efficiently and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with an agency whilst moving.

I would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent office in Banstead. Estate Agents in general have a very bad reputation. However I honestly found the people who worked at Personal Agent to be incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very friendly, very approachable, very honest and always very professional. I couldn't fault them. From the day we instructed them until the day we moved out they provided a first class service. The details and photographs about our house were excellent and showed our house to its full potential. They continually kept in touch with us and always gave us feed back after a viewing. After a very short time when we had an offer on our house they liaised with us and the buyer extremely well and kept both parties in the picture as to what was happening. On the day that we moved out Tom turned up to wish us well in our new house. I personally could not recommend Richard and the team at Personal Agent in Banstead highly enough.
