I bought my house through Personal Agent after a recommendation from a friend. The service has been excellent in what was a complicated procedure. However everyone was really professional particularly Sarah Goddard. She liaised constantly with all of the chain and was instrumental in achieving exchange. The solicitors that Personal Agent recommended were also extremely efficient and friendly. They kept in constant contact and therefore I would also recommend Oakleybennett to anyone moving house. I am so happy to be on my way next Thursday.

I couldn't recommend The Personal Agent enough. From walking in off the street after being let down by another agent for a viewing, The Personal Agent went above and beyond to find me my ideal property.
In particular, Miss Jackson went and has gone the extra mile for me, finding multiple viewings at short notice and working with me through every step of the process to get the desired outcome.
Was always contactable and forthcoming with advice and information when needed.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both the firm and Miss Jackson to anyone looking to move. And when I move again, they will be my first point of call above all others.

Who to choose? Someone professional, enthusiastic, responsible, honest and must have integrity. I chose 'The Personal Agent'. Got a valuation, exactly what I thought. Now the timing. The market is improving. Is Christmas a good time to sell. They told us 'only serious buyers are looking at Christmas'. Andrew Burn my personal agent stepped in. Day 1 can someone come round this evening? That was quick. Feedback, lovely house. Next day, photographs plans description, property on line. Visit by assessor to obtain energy performance certificate. Two more to view this evening. Feedback, serious contender. Property on Zoopla, hundreds of hits immediately. Suggestion, lets have an open day, we have four couples who want to view, two days from now. Next morning a new couple wants to view. Feedback, two offers made. The serious contender wants our house. Offer accepted. Only 30hours has passed from first call to Andrew to accepting an offer, fantastic. Stressful but exciting. I cannot recommend Personal Agent, Stoneleigh enough. They were brilliant through out the whole process, extremely professional, proactive, empathetic, knowledgeable and highly personable. Our transaction was a particularly long one and complex but they were with us all the way - they listened to us, advised and helped us enormously. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get us moved. We really did receive a personal service. I would only recommend one estate agent out there and that is Personal Agent. Don't go anywhere else!

Having had dreadful service from a country-wide estate agent who appeared not to care about my property it was wonderful to come to The Personal Agent who took th time and trouble to get to know me and to care about my sale. The photos they took were excellent as was the whole description and marketing. I was informd of all viewings and got an offer which I accepted within seven days . That was my question but from the moment I met Chris and his team in The Personal Agent I knew I had made the right choice.
