Excellent service throughout. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and the differences and similarities between our house and others nearby. He provided realistic valuation with a clear range of what we might expect to sell for in a range of circumstances which gave us the clarity we needed to move forward with our purchase. The Personal Agent service was exemplary; they were professional throughout and they significantly more efficient, engaging and effective than other agents in the local area.

I found the services of the personal agent to have been brilliant. Director Richard made me feel that my decision to go with the personal agent was valued and I have been looked after in the most professional way. Hi I am in a position to rent a house with my family. We are both non smokers and need a pet friendly home as most people do that love animals like their children. I was emailed to say a property I liked would not take pets. Knowing my pets don’t bark, scratch or chew and are better behaved than my children, I called back to see if anyone could help me. Katy the property manager hears how sad I was and even after the landlord refused pets on my initial enquiry she agreed to see me. On meeting the landlord she listened and was very happy for me to have them in her home ( covered in cream carpets!)
If it were not for the persistence and tenacity of Katy I would never have been able to even be given the opportunity to view.
