- overall we received a good service from personal agent (we were a buyer rather than seller)
- unfortunately we had a very difficult vendor that made our lives very difficult which then in turn made personal agents role difficult to provide
- my only suggestion for future improvement would be perhaps some extra rules (which are enforceable) in your contract of work to tackle difficult or unhelpful vendors
