Really impressed with Sue Boardman from the Personal Agent in Epsom for her persistence in making sure the chain worked and we got to exchange of contracts despite some complications. I suspect quite a few of us in the process (including me) weren't the easiest to deal with but she continued to be professional and pleasant and at long last we achieved the goal we were hoping for. I would like to thank Sue in particular for her dedication and for making every attempt to obtain information for me during the whole process - she rang me almost every day, even I suspect when it was difficult to do so. Theo provided a great online fundraiser show for around 20 children aged from 4 to 10 years old. It was very interactive and the children really enjoyed themselves. Plus it raised lots of money for Casey Children't Ward. I'm sure his live show is one not to be missed once events are allowed back on.

We have nothing but praise for Personal Agent and in particular Sue Boardman there sales Progressor who it has to be said worked tirelessly on our behalf. Our property proved to be a difficult property to sell and we had a number of sales fall through, but despite this we were kept up to date and fully informed of developments at all times and we always felt reassured that the team at Personal Agent were doing everything possible to facilitate our sale.
