I am so pleased to write this review. The other day I went Into the personal agent to enquire about how moving house in this pandemic would work as I felt very anxious about the current situation. I was made to feel at ease and was reassured everything would be strait forward and that I would be supported through the change. Although we didn’t buy through them, we would 100% recommend Personal agent as the go to agent.
As first-time-buyers if often felt like the other local agents didn’t want to spend much time with us or put in the effort to talk us through our options. Peronsal agent couldn’t have helped us more! Luca Sarteur kept us up to date on properties coming on the market before they went online. He put us in touch with a fantastic mortgage advisor, as well as a great solicitor and building surveyors. He was always on hand to give us advice, and answer questions.
