I spoke to Bradley and had a viewing the same day for a property that had other interested parties. He was a pleasure to deal with and empathetic to my situation, also giving practical advice. Upon making the offer, he was very quick to respond - comforting in itself as we all know how dealing in real estate can be bit nail-biting - and advise on the next steps despite it being a Saturday which must be their busiest day for viewings.
