I recently viewed a letting property with Callum Kirkby from The Personal Agent, and I was really impressed with the experience. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. The viewing was well-organised and unhurried, allowing me to get a real feel for the place.
Callum answered all my questions clearly and honestly, and followed up promptly with any additional information I needed. I actually reached out to him a few times after for support with the referencing process and he was super helpful and quick in coming back to me. It made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and easy.
I really appreciated the warm, approachable attitude and the genuine care shown throughout. Excellent service from start to finish!

We’re looking to move into the Epsom area and have viewed several properties with The Personal Agent. Dan has been super helpful in finding properties that fit our requirements and keeping us updated with new properties going onto the market, so that we don’t miss anything.

I cannot praise the Personal Agent, and Ray Steward in particular, highly enough. He achieved a good sale in a difficult market, taking on the role of central coordination between buyers, buyer’s solicitors, seller (myself), and seller’s solicitor. The whole process was well organised, exceptionally well communicated and professionally driven to exchange and completion. Just way ahead of my experience with other Agents.
