I have been with the Personal Agent now for over a year - albeit I was let down by the first landlord, Ria and Lily at Epsom helped smooth the way to the beautiful home I am now in. Their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness helped greatly. Although Kerrie initially showed the property, I have had more dealings with these two lovely ladies. Thanks Joe for asking me to comment.

Team are professional and pleasant to work with ensuring the process kept moving for us and genuinely worked with our enquiries and requests rather than a false sense of sincerity. Really represent the personal in their name that is often lacking in the industry. Only good experiences to date.
