I have been working with Joe to secure me my first property and I can honestly say he has been amazing. I am in property myself and the experience I have had with other agents in the area is nothing less than awful. Joe goes above and beyond to deliver a high level of customer service, taking calls on his day off, responding to all queries as quickly as possible and being honest at all times. Meeting Adam from the personal agent has made our hunt for a property ten times easier. He was professional, helpful and very enjoyable to search for properties with and has made finding our next property much easier than anticipated! When it’s time to sell on and venture to our next home I shall certainly be going back to the Personal agent for their assistance.

What can we say about Joe, absolutely fantastic! We have just exchanged on an extremely complicated chain and if it wasn't for Joe's relentless chasing and tenacious personality this exchange wouldn't have happened. I have learnt that accepting an offer is just the beginning, you also need an agent that is prepare to chase the after sale for you.

The whole team at The Personal Agent are excellent. I've had both 'tenant finder only' + 'fully managed' services from other local agents but none have been as good.
Ria is very knowledgeable & always very helpful RE local market insight + pricing. Her negotiators have always been really pleasant to deal with, seem to book viewings with the right sort of tenants & provide useful feedback after appointments. Being a studio flat the tenant turnover is fairly high but I can't remember having a void period longer than a week or so..
The whole team is 5* but I have personally been most impressed by Katie Jenkins (property manager). Over the last couple of years we have had a number of issues to deal with & Katie has always been both easy to contact & very quick to respond to the problem. She books good/local contractors, sorts the problem ASAP & most importantly, ensures the tenant is happy & enjoying living there.. Really excellent service - thank you.
