The Personal Agent in Epsom are a great team. Very professional and have great properties. We have just moved into a property through them and are very happy with it. We taken care of by Joe Frost who I must say was excellent at his job and provided us great customer service.

When we put the house on the market we had 5 different agents value our house. They were all very good, however Richard from The Personal Agent impressed us most. Sensible market price (what we thought, not bumping it up to impress us) that made us feel confident of a quick sale.
Everything happened on time, photographs, marketing of our house, viewings etc.

We both live in Guildford, although one us us knows El Rincon from when we used to live at Tattenham Corner. We visited El Rincon again for lunch after a gap of some two years, and it was well worth it. It is a beautiful, atmospheric, friendly , family run restaurant, but above all provides fantastic food and great service. It won't be as long before we return again! And if you are coming from the London direction, it's just a short walk from the Tattenham Corner railway station. When you visit Tattenham Corner do make time to take in the fantastic and stunning views at Epsom Downs, across the Racecourse and into London. Highly recommended.
