I’ve recently been involved with The Personal Agent in the sale of two properties.
After hearing horror stories from friends of mine who used other agents, (especially the ‘on line’ agents) I was looking for an agent who I could trust with the sale of the most important assets in my life.
I was recommended to use The Personal Agent and am so glad I did.
They didn’t promise to get me the earth for my property, nor did they offer to work for peanuts.
I’ve heard of agents who do both just to get your business.
What they offered was an honest, professional service from 4 local offices with enthusiastic staff.
I have to say they delivered on their promise 100%.
There were a few problems along the way, (there always are), but I was made aware of these as they happened and felt comfortable that Tom and his team were fully on top of them as they occurred.
Due to the regular updates throughout the transactions I was able to plan my life and have an approximate idea of when each sale would complete.
Something that my friends never received from other agents!!
We all know the general reputation of estate agents is not good but I can honestly say that The Personal Agent do not fall into that category and strive to provide a perfect customer experience.
I can only thank them for their service and have already recommended a couple of friends of mine to use their services.
