We are very happy with the excellent service the Personal Agent provided to help us sell our house. Richard, the Director, knows the local property market very well. We took confidence from his market expertise and also importantly from his honest, transparent approach. The marketing material, including the photographs and the video (which featured RIchard) was done impeccably, exceeding our (already high) expectations. Adam from the sales team organized the open day, ran the viewings and the subsequent bidding process very efficiently, and provided good advice for us regarding the bids and the buyers, which we took on board when deciding which offer to accept. Adam then followed up during the conveyancing process until exchange/completion. We were very happy with the price we achieved, with the buyer the Personal Agent found for us to take over our former home, and with our choice to go for the Personal Agent. Well done guys!

We spoke to a number of larger brand name agents first when deciding which firm to put our property on the market with but, on meeting with the Personal Agent team, they were the most honest, genuine and, more importantly, the most well prepared. We knew immediately that they would provide a unique experience for potential buyers and received multiple offers quickly at the price we wanted which we were able to view and track easily on a web portal. Despite a long and challening sales process as a result of delays with the sales downchain, our negotiator, Paul, and the Personal Agent team were extremely responsive and continued to chase all avenues to help drive the process forward. We would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent, who were able to provide great progression support which is critical, particularly in the current market environment, where the sales process is taking more time due to high demand for solicitors time.
