Most of the process was fine but you need details of my NCD WHICH IS A BIT OF A CHEW ON HAVING TO CONTACT MY OLD INSURANCE COMPANY TO TRY AND OBTAIN IT. I INSURED MY WIFE’S CAR WITH SANTANDER AND THEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.
