I spoke with Mohamed today, he was very polite and courteous, clear communication and didn't waste my time. They did manage to offer me a slight discount without much resistance as the quote wasn't the cheapest and was slightly higher than I expected. This is my second year using RightSure and so far I have no complaints.

I choose the Amber Group to do a CCTV drain survey for my 90-year-old mother, as I did not want to go to a very small one-man company and also did not want to go to a big national franchise chain, as the quality can vary at the local level.<br><br>The drain survey identified several problems which needed to be fixed. From start to finish, I was not disappointed with the Amber Group. All the staff were very professional; however, I would like to highlight Kevin who was particularly good. During the 4 days Kevin spent on site, he was really knowledgeable, went the ‘extra mile’ to help and I can’t fault his workmanship.<br><br>I always felt that they were not trying to push us towards the most expensive solution and their prices were reasonable; thus, I would definitely recommend the Amber Group to others.
