We worked with the Personal Agent when selling our mother's house and they provided a great service throughout. There was some initial disappointment when it was clear that the house had been overvalued, but they were quick to relist with the updated price. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally.
We'd like to single out Dan Wallace, who managed the process. He was open and helpful throughout, and managed everything with good humour. We're especially grateful for how considerate he was of my mother's needs, especially as she is older and English is not her first language.
Everyone we've spoken to in the team has been friendly and helpful, and they're quick to respond to questions and actually call you back when they say they will! Buying/selling a house is hugely stressful even when everything goes according to plan, and the Personal Agent were a big help in making our experience a little easier. Very happy to recommend.

I would like to highlight the amazing job done by Alice Irving. She was very prepared to answer all the questions we had and we were happy to do the viewing with her.

Throw back to the excitement of cinema experiences of old. Great value prices including kids discounted tickets in the summer holidays. This place makes we want to visit the cinema again.

In September 2026, Dave R said about Cuff and Gough Solicitors
We were recommended to the services of Messrs. Cuff & Gough by our estate agent, who had previously found them to be very efficient and knowledgeable. At the outset, we were unaware that our buyer had chosen an apparently inexperienced, pedestrian solicitor to manage his affairs. We consider ourselves to have been very fortunate to have had Messrs. Cuff & Gough acting on our behalf and cannot be more grateful for the exceptional service we received from their team whose patience, wise counsel and professionalism, whilst managing the problem of a clearly inexperienced buyers’ solicitor, was an invaluable support for us (and a lifeline for our buyer). Every unforeseen obstacle that our buyers’ solicitor was able to conjure up was taken, by Cuff & Gough, in their stride and we were pleasantly surprised on completion that the very reasonable fee that we were quoted on commencement remained unchanged, despite the prolonged transaction. I believe that, without their support, this sale would have dragged on much longe We are so thankful that they represented us and could not have wished for a better service.
