We wish to express our sincere thanks for the hard work and dedication of Daniel Bennett and the Personal Agent Team, Stoneleigh. We are part of a chain of buyers. Daniel is professional, action-oriented and works on behalf of the Vendors to resolve issues. Without Daniel’s hard work, we would not be able to close the on the property.
Daniel is responsive and polite; he has more actions than words. When we have difficulties in the conveyancing and raise enquires, he came back every time, communicating with the Vendors and always suggesting a way to move forward. In the final week, there were mortgage issues with one in the chain, Daniel made a lot of effort and communication with the parties to chase for mortgage broker feedback and line up all parties for the deals. He knew the Vendors and our needs to move and helped all of us complete the mortgage date.
Daniel’s service and customer caring are exceptionally good and impressive. He is willing to work honestly on Vendor and our shoes. Without Daniel’s drive for overcome the issues, the chain may have broken ( as my unpleasant experience with the average estate agent and solicitors).
Lastly, Daniel has a pleasant character, he always smiles and works quietly. These help us a lot for stressful situations. He helps to keep Vendor and us in a very good relationship till now.
Our family has some houses around and we have no hesitation to appoint Daniel for selling as well as recommending others who want to buy a property in the area.

Not accessible for people with mobility problems. No planning for exiting as a lot of people with rollators and sticks- all bunched up trying to get out. 🙄 Show was fine, seating not great if you are tall - sadly 😞

Advertising decorative arts/antique fairs needs a modern fresh appeal and Matt & Murray made a terrific job of interpreting what I was looking for. This new site replaces our original and needed to include advances in social media etc. and advised us on issues such as ticketing.<br>Thank you guys, a great job and always keen to support other independent businesses.
