I had received a good quote and paid the premium 3 weeks before renewal date and when received details realised I had omitted my husbands details. I called Rightsure and was told the insurance company could not include him because of his age. I cancelled the policy immediately but was told it would cost me £90!!
I was shocked and still am as expected a cooling off period.
In all of this your customer service which I phoned were very helpful.
I have now received a refund minus the £90.
