I spoke to graham cronk today regarding my insurance renewal he was really lovely and even looked in depth about breakdown recovery as i need my horse trailer included he had never been asked about it so he looked into it for me, he was very polite and helpfull, i have been with right sure for a few years now and have never had any issues with them, great company.

I rang a missed call on my mobile to find Graham on the other end. He gave a good explanation of who he was and for the reason of his initial missed call. We went through the security procedure quite quickly and then we verified the policy details and confirmed that the cover was appropriate for my needs. His telephone manner was more than acceptable even though there was a couple of pauses as he was searching for the correct information.
Overall it was a pleasure to be having a conversation with a call center operative, whose mother tongue was English and was obviously working from a UK base and not from some obscure third world base where labor costs are generally considerably less than a UK base and whose operatives are probably delivering a reasonable service, but mostly a little difficult to understand which means a repeating of sentences, which are carried out in a busy call center with a noisy back ground situation which adds to the misunderstanding of the operatives conversation.
