Who to choose? Someone professional, enthusiastic, responsible, honest and must have integrity. I chose 'The Personal Agent'. Got a valuation, exactly what I thought. Now the timing. The market is improving. Is Christmas a good time to sell. They told us 'only serious buyers are looking at Christmas'. Andrew Burn my personal agent stepped in. Day 1 can someone come round this evening? That was quick. Feedback, lovely house. Next day, photographs plans description, property on line. Visit by assessor to obtain energy performance certificate. Two more to view this evening. Feedback, serious contender. Property on Zoopla, hundreds of hits immediately. Suggestion, lets have an open day, we have four couples who want to view, two days from now. Next morning a new couple wants to view. Feedback, two offers made. The serious contender wants our house. Offer accepted. Only 30hours has passed from first call to Andrew to accepting an offer, fantastic. Stressful but exciting. I hope you and your family are well. We are settling into Albert Road now, excited about the changes that we are going to make to this old house! I just wanted to send over an official Thank you to you and your team for making our house move stress free, quick and very enjoyable.
The whole process from valuation to completion was so professional. You and your team are friendly, honest, diligent and hard working. The fact that your team are not pushy and they know their stuff meant that we actually achieved higher than asking price on our property and had a great offer accepted on our new home.
Communication lines were always open, messages were always returned in a timely manner and a friendly approach ran through the whole of your team.

Richard really took time to take photos to show the house in the best possible way. The whole Epsom office team were knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the process.
