I have been a tenant in a property managed by The Personal Agent for the last year. Our property was in Epsom and the team at the local office have been helpful and courteous whenever we have needed them. I see no reason for any concern when renting a property through them and the deposit was returned in full, quickly at the end of our stay. Recommended.

I just wanted to say thank you to the both of you for the work and effort that you both put into the purchase and sale of our house.
I think it is fair to say it was a very long drawn out process for lots of different reasons but we got there in the end.
Both your efforts to push things over the line were very much received and you made the difference.
We have settled well into Seaforth and hope to spend many happy years there. When the time is right to move on again, I shall give you a call!! Hopefully, you will want to deal with us again…..

Andrew, Richard and Rupert - We've not spoken before but just wanted to send a note to thank Tom and Carlo for their efforts whilst we were looking for a property in Epsom. A few weeks ago we had an offer accepted on 54 xxxxxx and are absolutely delighted with the professionalism that both Tom and Carlo showed every time we had any contact with them. They came across as knowledgeable about the local area, were enthusiastic about helping us find the right property, and kept us regularly updated with new properties that came on the market. In addition, always friendly, approachable and efficient.
