Restored my faith in estate agents. The Personal Agent were the first to respond to my initial enquiry about selling my property. They offered the lowest rate, and (as it turned out) the best experience. I dealt with about 4-5 different staff during the course of my sale, from the viewings through to sales progression, and I cannot fault any of them. Courteous, friendly, and professional. I would definitely involve them again in my next house move.

I wasn’t sure about selling the house just out of lockdown, having had 3 different valuations, but the John at Banstead reassured us that we would get our asking price and that it would sell quickly. Great photos and video were taken on Tuesday morning, we were online by Wednesday afternoon, 4 viewings booked by Wed evening, SOLD by first viewing on Thursday morning! Great job guys!

We have just sold our house with The Personal Agent in Epsom, and I have to say they were exceptionally good! Chris Shaw, who was our initial contact, was helpful, really pleasant to deal with, and always returned phone calls, we never had to chase or wonder what was going on. Sarah Goddard took over our 'case' once the ball was rolling, and she worked SO hard to get everything through to completion, not an easy task with a chain of 5 during the Covid pandemic. Sarah was helpful, understanding and communicative, she always kept us updated and we always felt as though she was really pushing for us to get to completion. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I wish all estate agents were like this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Personal Agent, Epsom and if you get Chris or Sarah to look after you, you're on to a winner! Thanks guys.

What can I say. Paul at Personal Agent in Stoneleigh was incredibly professional and dealt with the sale of our house and subsequent purchase of our new house. This was also through the stressful times of COVID. He was always at the end of a phone to answer any queries and was very knowledgable. If we ever had a leave of our senses and decided to move again there’s only one place we would go to again. We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team any higher.
