Michelle Hobbs at The Personal Agent continues to be an excellent manager for our residential property in Epsom. We have received great service for more than 4 years now. Administration and communication are always timely and complete, she resolves issues quickly keeping both tenant and owners very happy. Her diligence led to her recently spotting a concern with a border wall during a regular inspection. She has been fantastic in delivering a solution, from helping find a builder, getting quotes, to liaising with neighbors it all went very smoothly thanks to her approach. I would certainly recommend Michelle and the team!

I have been very impressed with the first-class service that Director, Richard Digance and his team at The Personal Agent in the Epsom Sales Team have provided since day ONE! Within a week they had my home photographed, filmed, on the market and offers in after numerous viewings. I couldn’t be happier with the speed in the results and the staff’s efficiency, particularly from Sue Boardman who has been very helpful on a day-to-day basis.
