I can’t sing the praises of Tom and Chris at The Personal Agent enough. We viewed a property with them before we decided to sell with them and they were the only agent who showed up on time and was friendly and didn’t treat us as other agents had (like we were too young to have a clue). We then got various valuations for our home and TPA came the same day we enquired- again on time which seems to be an issue with other agents. They gave us a realistic valuation and weren’t patronising at all in their assessment. Once we chose to go with them a photography team came, such lovely people who were efficient and respectful and produced fantastic images and video which I’m sure is what helped to sell the property. The morning after we went on Rightmove we had viewing requests which quickly stacked up. We ended up blocking them all in to a Saturday and five days from advertising our home we had the offer we wanted!
In the meantime we had our eye on a home that ticked most of our boxes but TPA went above and beyond and got in touch about a property that may suit us which hadn’t gone to market yet. We was able to view it before it was advertised and have had an offer accepted on it shortly after.
It’s so refreshing to work with a team of young agents who know what they’re doing and look out for your best interests. I can’t reccomend them enough.
