Brad, Lyle, Stephen, David and the team catered our wedding recently and did nothing short of an outstanding job.<br>The food was excellent, all 3 courses, with creative canapés and great evening food. They were really flexible and helpful with us on finalizing a few changes to menu and bringing new ideas when we asked.<br>Moreover throughout the planning and tasting process the team were super responsive, helpful, and gave us a great experience in prep and on the day itself. They also helped the day run really smoothly, working with our other suppliers and getting us back on track when we were running a bit late!<br>Thank you all - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Nothing but compliments for the PA team! Charlotte has been amazing throughout our tenancy, we haven’t had to worry about a thing, any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. The team at four gables are awesome and you won’t regret booking your wedding or event with them.<br>From the moment we spoke to the team they were attentive, honest, answered all questions really promptly and gave us an amazingly good quote for the fantastic service they provide.<br>The food is impeccable - we had numerous people comment from our wedding that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. The tasting myself and my partner went to initially we were totally overjoyed by how tasty it was, eating far more than we would normally because it was so good! The wine pairing had been thoughtfully put together too.<br>On the actual day the staff they had working for them were fantastic. We had a mostly outdoor wedding in a LOT of rain and yet the people who worked it all still did it with a smile, which we are incredibly thankful for.<br>Overall the entire service from start to finish was without fault and I would recommend this team to anyone in a heart beat.<br>Thank you so much for the wonderful food, laughs & smiles team! It’s truly appreciated.
