We had an outstanding result from The Personal Agent when we sold our house recently. From the beginning their marketing was brilliant and when the sale unfortunately fell through, the effort they made to remarket it and attract new buyers was excellent. Their calmness and patience throughout the process were just what we needed during the stress of house selling/buying and special mention must go to Andrew Burn and Cat Mahoney who offered invaluable, professional advice and optimism from the start of the process to the finish. I don't think you could find better service anywhere.

I have nothing but praise for all the team , from the day Andrew came to value my house to the moment Cat rang to confirm the exchange of contracts ,all the sales team were great and professional, there were some tricky moments with negotiations but Cat pushed through and dealt with them appropriately, updating me all the way . What a really top agent, give others a bad name, local knowledge is indispensable when selling and these guys..and girls have it in spades! Super fast from first call to on the market, laser guided potential purchasers and filled my house completely the first weekend. Had Tapas here after watching horse racing at Epsom. Every dish was excellent and the staff/owners were very friendly and welcoming. We don't live that close, but we'll go out of our way to eat here again. It was full of regulars too which is always good sign.
