A special thank you to Rosie today. I had a parcel delivered incorrectly to a property they have recently sold that was empty. My Dad stopped by the Personal Agent and Rosie very kindly offered to walk up with the keys and retrieve it for us. We are so very grateful for her kindness. It made a stressful situation easier. My whole experience with the personal agent lettings has been a successful and smooth journey. Chris and Natasha were very helpful , polite, responsive and very professional. This has been my first experience with a lettings agent and I must say it was very easy and less stressful than doing it myself. I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking to rent.
