Having worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years, it makes me so happy when I receive an excellent customer service experience. I required a lot of treatment and the whole team could not have been more informative, supportive and helpful. They have all type best gadgets and put their clients welfare above everything else. I would happily recommend the whole team as i have never found going to the dentist a pleasurable experience but these guys managed to make it so.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience with a Dentist in Epsom who told me that I could not have implant treatment and no Dentist would be able to provide this treatment ,this was after very costly work undertaken by them.I was then told to try Alan Wilson Dentistry for a second opinion. This has turned out to be the best advice I have been given from the initial day walking Into to the practice and meeting Sandra( brilliant lady) and then my consultation with Alan Wilson the experience has been fantastic.
Alan is a perfect gentleman who makes you feel so relaxed,he is the ultimate proffesional and the best Dentist ever!
He explains the whole procedure from start to finish and you do not feel like you are in a Dentists. The whole process has been painless.If you are thinking of implants there is only one man for the Job in Alan Wilson!

Alan and his team are one of the best I've come across and I have visited many dental practices throughout my years! Alan himself is a genuinely amazing person and dentist. He understands your fears and puts you at ease. His conduct is so professional but also he's so warm and easy to talk to- this is hard to find in a dentist. His staff are exceptional including Sandra, Jess, Ivana and the reception staff. So professional and kind. You will never regret going to Alan Wilson Dentistry.
