Highly recommend Dan! He has successfully sold my house twice and helped me purchase my new home. He is patient, hardworking, and incredibly diligent, always keeping me informed and supported throughout the process.
Beyond being a great estate agent, Dan takes the time to build genuine relationships with his clients, which makes a huge difference during what can often be a stressful experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

An excellent community venue with a café, a library / museum and various rooms which can be hired. I've donated blood there in the past, attended lectures and U3a meetings. Parking is easy, but not free.

Natasha from the Epsom branch looked after me when I moved my Mum out of her flat to live with me and let her flat. The live was very complicated and stressful and Natasha went above and beyond to provide me with support and help make the flat ready to let. She and her team found excellent tenants in record time and mad the whole process smooth.
