We're having a Run the Rec Colour Run on Sunday 4th October!
Run the Rec is a completely free monthly community run at Lower Kingswood Rec, and we're doing something a little different for October with colour stations around the course.
There's a children's 1k at 9am followed by the 5k at 9:15am. You can run, jog or walk and getting covered in colour is completely optional!
We're hoping for a great crowd, so if anyone fancies joining us with friends or family, we'd love to see you.
