
Many seniors are stuck at home caring for others or are unable to get out on their own. We at ESB at Home can help. Our weekly class allows you to get active to improve your posture, mobility and balance. This is suitable for beginners and advanced seniors because each activity can be adapted to your needs.
Mondays at 10:30, join the Epsom Strength and Balance class from the comfort of your own home for only £8. This is a great way for seniors to gain and maintain their leg and hip strength. We improve our balance by gently challenging it in a safe environment. All you need is a Zoom link on your computer laptop or mobile phone, a pair of same height chairs, ankle weights and a bottle of water.
