Cats Protection
From humble beginnings in 1927, Cats Protection has grown to become the UK's leading cat charity.
We help thousands of cats and kittens every year through our network of dedicated volunteers - from finding them loving homes to offering advice and support to owners.
Our work doesn't stop there. We here to provide advice for cat-owners and cat-lovers, promote the benefits of neutering and share our knowledge to people of all ages.
Cats Protection Epsom, Ewell and District is a local branch of the national charity and covers the postcode areas KT5, KT6, KT9, KT17-23 and RH3-5.
They are totally self-funding and rely solely on donations and fundraising events to keep afloat.
Whenever they take in a cat for re-homing they are vet checked, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and funds permitting, micro-chipped. They are then placed into safe and secure cat cabins in the home of one of their fosterers until a new, perfect owner can be found. All new prospective owners receive a home visit.
