Ren Yi Wu Kwan Tang Sou Dao
Tang Sou Dao is a fun and practical martial art for all the family. The system is semi-contact only so it’s a safe and effective way to learn martial arts and self-defence and get/keep a good level of fitness.
The terminology is in Mandarin Chinese and the instructor is a Mandarin speaker so you end up learning some Chinese too! The first lesson is free (registration form must be completed). The British Tang Sou Dao Federation operates a child protection policy and all instructors are Enhanced CRB Checked.
Lessons are held at the Ronald Raven Sports Centre, Epsom College, Epsom KT17 4JQ (entrance is on the corner of Longdown Lane South), 1st floor Fencing Salle, Wednesdays from 7-8pm.

There is a very reasonable annual membership fee and lessons are pay-as-you-go so you never end up paying for a lesson that you can’t get to after all. Family rates are also available. Age range is 6 to 60+ all abilities.
